Johann BOUSKILA

Johann has proven expertise in strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity operations, venture capital, commercial contracts, and business litigation. Initially focused on advising investors, he has developed expertise in supporting sellers, shareholders, managers, and executives (both pre and post-deal). He has also been involved in collective labor issues for over ten years.

Elodie DANA
Partner

Elodie graduated from the University of Assas and Lille II, then spent nearly 10 years as head of the social department in a Parisian law firm specializing in intellectual property and information and communication technology (ICT) law before co-founding Cover Lawyers in 2016. Practicing almost exclusively before labor courts, she assists her clients (companies, executives, and individuals) in managing individual and collective labor relations. Known for her negotiation skills, her clients refer to her as a “problem solver.”

Claire practiced for nearly 10 years, in France and Germany, within the social law department of an international law firm before joining her former colleagues at Cover Lawyers in 2021. She assists and advises clients in all areas of labor law, managing both individual employee-employer relations and collective relations.

Marion BRESSE

Marion joined Cover Lawyers in 2022 after several experiences in Parisian law firms specializing in private law and at the Paris Court of Appeal.

Nour Neggaz joined Cover Lawyers’ Corporate team in 2024.
Her practice focuses on supporting sellers and executives in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in private equity operations.
Nour also has strong knowledge in banking and financial law and compliance, involving multinational clients.
Her experiences in law firms and within a large international group have allowed her to develop a comprehensive view of the challenges inherent in business law.

Thomas GOPAL
Trainee Lawyer
Thomas joined Cover Lawyers in 2024 as a trainee lawyer after several experiences, including with a company’s legal department and at the Paris Commercial Court.
Thomas has a solid background in business law, complemented by a specialization in mergers and acquisitions and distressed companies law. His academic path allows him to contribute to the Private Equity / M&A team.
