Labor Law Update: Important Clarification on Non-Compete Clauses!
The “Cour de cassation” has ruled: when an employee violates their non-compete clause, even temporarily, they are definitively deprived of the financial compensation associated with that clause, even if they cease all competitive activity (Cass. Soc., 24/01/24, n°22-20.926).
